Stephanie Peterson

Director of Operations

Stephanie joined the Clarus team in 2010. As Director of Operations, she plays a large role in all aspects of the firm. From client operations and services to productivity and company processes, Stephanie tackles complexities on both an internal and external level.

With over a decade of leadership experience, Stephanie aids in the development of proprietary processes in Clarus' dynamic setting. When she is not directly involved, she leads the way, using her experience to guide other members. However, her leadership skills are not limited solely to operations and internal communications, she also specializes in client relationships and will work with clients, keeping them organized and on-track.

In Stephanie's spare time, she enjoys staying active, cooking and spending time with her friends and her husband Keith.
